  Its important for us to understand our clients domain. This helps us get into your shoes and think along the same lines. We think that this step is very important. It helps both of us to solve the problems rationally and creatively. We want you to succeed, since our success depends on it. This helps us understand the problem you are trying to solve as well. If we don't know the exact problem, how can we promise a nifty solution?

• Understanding Your Target Market

  Understanding your target market helps our designers and developers come up with creative user interfaces. For example, if you are a fast-food chain trying to get younger audience to try out your new menu items that we can help you achieve that by creating visually fantastic layouts that will encourage that demographics to stay on your site and explore their options. Same goes for your Social Applications!

• Gathering Requirements

  Once you decide to hire us, we start gathering requirements and document them. This helps us both know exactly what we are responsible for and what we are going to deliver. Don't worry this isn't the writing on the stone requirements. They can change but its better to have them documented so that we don't loose track. We value your time and understand that we need to deliver on-time adn on budget.

• Scoping Application

  At this stage we gather our team in a round-table conference and start scoping your appliction. From backend to frontend, everything is discussed and we make sure that every member of our team working on your project understands the requirements and application. Ofcourse, you are also welcome to join us during this session.

• Setting Deadlines

  For any project to be successful it needs to have its deadlines. Deadlines help us and you in knowing exactly what will be ready by when. So we can stay on-time on your project. This also gives you an idea on when to expect certian parts of your application. Remember we always keep you in-the-loop so that your input can be factored in as soon as possible.

• Keeping You Up-to-date

  At every stage of the process we keep in-touch with you. We usually send our clients a weekly update that keeps them up-to-date on their application status. Our clients love this!

• Delevering Solution

  When do we know we are done? Well when you are satisfied that's when we rest. When it comes time to delivering your solution, we make sure you like the quality of work, understand how to maintain it (if you wish to maintain it yourself). Our team even works with you to set it up on your existing servers.

• Your Satisfaction

  We want our clients to be satisfied. So if you are not satisfied with our work, we will make sure we work with you to fix that.
